JoinTheMeme is in prelaunch: purchasing is closed and test checkouts do not collect money.

Failed generation

A confirmed failed or blocked generation restores the reserved video entitlement once. An unknown supplier submission is reconciled before another paid submission. An entitlement restoration is different from a payment refund.

When a payment can be refunded

Contact support@jointhememe.com with your order ID within 14 days for a duplicate purchase, an undelivered order, or a material technical problem we cannot fix. Unused videos in a pack can also be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds return through the original payment provider to the original payment method; matching video entitlements are removed from the balance. Do not send card details.

Creative differences

Differences in expression, likeness, timing or lip sync alone do not establish a refund claim after delivery. Watch the template example before buying. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Timing

We reply within two business days. Once approved, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Prelaunch test outputs and test orders are not paid purchases.
