For help with an order, a generation or your photos, contact support@jointhememe.com. Include the order or job reference, if available. Never send payment-card details or account passwords.

Response times

We reply within two business days. For a failed or undelivered video, include the email you used so we can find your order quickly.

Photos and deletion requests

To delete your photos or videos before they expire, email us from the address you used. Uploads are removed within 24 hours after delivery and never kept longer than seven days.
