What we collect

We process photos you choose to upload, account and delivery email addresses, order and generation records, signed browser identifiers, security logs and optional analytics. Payment details will be handled by the configured payment provider. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to create and privately deliver your video, restore eligible purchases to the same verified email, prevent abuse, handle support and measure use with your consent where required.

Photo and video retention

Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours after delivery or refund and no later than seven days after upload. Confirmed final failures delete source photos. Preview frames expire after 24 hours. Completed videos expire after seven days. Deletion does not remove financial records required to reconcile orders and refunds.

AI processing

Photos are processed only to fulfill your request, by our AI video provider (Popcraft) and the image and video models it connects to. JoinTheMeme does not use your photos or videos to train AI models. We do not publish user uploads or user videos as examples.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides application hosting, private storage and security. Popcraft provides the model connection. Resend delivers account and video emails using an independent sender domain. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards support messages to our support inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests to reduce abuse.

Whop and Waffo are the planned payment providers; purchasing stays closed until they are activated.

Your choices

Upload only your own photos, consenting adults or your own pets. You may request access or deletion by contacting support@jointhememe.com. This service is for adults. Optional anonymous usage events are off by default and can be enabled or disabled in the footer. Analytics cookies are only set after you allow them.
